He began his culinary career at the young age of 13 and went on to train under Master Chef Shoji Yano in Tokyo, Japan. Chef Scott is known for his exceptional leadership in hospitality and culinary arts, and as the Corporate Executive Chef for a Rosewood Texas Wagyu beef owned by the Hunt Family, he takes great pride in providing hand-crafted meals made with artisan products featuring Rosewood Ranches' Texas Wagyu Beef.

With credentials including CEC, AAC, and WMCS, Chef Scott is a World Master Chef with extensive world-traveling experiences that he brings to his diverse and innovative menu.
